Soul and R & B have always been Beady Bell’s source of inspiration. In «Dedication» she unfolds this world to the fullest! «The music gives me associations to the 70’s,» she says. «It’s live recorded with old, original instruments.- Rough and unpolished and with the groove as the uncompromising engine. My great heroes; Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway and Aretha Franklin but also younger Soul artists, like Alicia Keys, Raphael Saadiq, Lauryn Hill and Frank Ocean whisper to me behind the ear. »
