FIEH - somethings special - something new !

In recent years, Norwegian music has become a highly successful commodity abroad. Bands and musicians such as Highasakite and Aurora, to name but a couple, are enjoying tremendous success outside of Norway. In 2017 the band FIEH released their single named “Glu”, thereby joining the ranks of their Norwegian musical peers having cemented their international potential.

The recipe is simple – skilled musicians with their roots firmly in jazz, mixing and combining various genres in an almost playful manner. To the listener, it is almost impossible to categorise them. This is jazz, funk, pop and soul all rolled into one. It is groovy, pared right back, yet mighty. It is sheer quality. It is this very blurring of musical genres which has led to FIEH being invited to play at such eminent festivals as Øya, Vinjerock, Dølajazz and Moldejazz.

To our Stavanger audience – get ready for fresh, new music brought to you by highly skilled musicians with an insatiable appetite. Superb vocals and the type of pop arrangements which dreams are made of. This is going to be great !
