The elegant guitar virtuoso with those blazing solos is back at MaiJazz. Al DiMeola basically needs no further introduction. Almost a genre unto himself with his hot and fiery acoustic guitar style, his music ranges from intense flamenco inspired tunes to melodic fusion and exotic world music. He has proven his brilliance since the Return to Forever era together with Chick Corea. Not least, the period with guitar buddies Paco de Lucia and John McLaughlin saw his guitar playing taking on a new dimension.
